Weekly Community Club at A’ the Airts
Sponsored by the Third Sector Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund. All sessions are free and all we ask is that if you book a place please turn up. Light lunch provided. 11am every Friday from 1st September – 3rd November 2023
S.T.I.L.L Method Anxiety Coaching Courses with Jen Kemp
Jen’s workshops are free, fun and interactive!
Having an active bank of effective strategies is crucial to combat and overwhelm anxious thoughts and help us to achieve small goals and take appropriate action to move forwards.
The S.T.I.L.L Method is a proactive way to build a bank of reliable, simple and functional techniques to overwhelm anxiety, develop (even more) mental toughness, manage emotions and feel more confident.
There are 10 FREE places available.
Local residents/parents/guardians/carers of young people are all welcome.

Line Dancing Class

Classes every Monday 2-3pm
Tai Chi at A’ the Airts Community Art Centre Sanquhar
Weekly classes are held every Friday from 2-3pm.
Posture, balance, strength and agility are enhanced by practicing this non-combative form of the martial art. Bringing mind, body and breath to act in harmony, people find this exercise very relaxing. Beginners welcome.
