Evening Tai Chi at A’ the Airts Community Art Centre Sanquhar

Shining Cloud Tai Chi for Health starts Thursday 9th September 6.45-7.45pm at A’ the Airts £30 for six weekly sessions
Posture, balance, strength and agility are enhanced by practicing this non-combative form of the martial art. Bringing mind, body and breath to act in harmony, people find this exercise very relaxing. Beginners welcome.
